Citing the need for smoother, more streamlined fleet maintenance and a better understanding of operations, Decisiv announced a new suite of maintenance services that will help stores “expand their maintenance ecosystems”.

In a press conference at the American Trucking Associations Technology & Maintenance Council meeting in Orlando, Florida, Decisiv chief revenue officer Ralph Dimenna outlined several new services that he says will now be part of enterprise relationship management offerings.

SRM Discovery Service Priority Monitor provides fleets with insights and analytics on internal and external service operations, and can offer immediate and actionable asset performance and service data.

According to Dimenna, this system uses a dashboard interface that any fleet can use to explore and extract data about its operations.

“He tells them what’s going on with all their assets today, and how to do [they] have an eye on what’s going on with a particular asset that may be down or maybe on hold or something like that,” he added.

SRM Smart Maintenance will offer fleets simplified preventive maintenance and repair processes, both for internal use and with external service providers. Dimenna said this will allow fleets to take control of planning and scheduling all of their preventative maintenance.

“They can integrate this into our ecosystem or manage it themselves, keeping an eye on all these service providers,” he said.

Total SRM Service Management “can bring all of these services together in one place, as an end-to-end service management platform for fleets doing their own maintenance,” Dimenna said. “It really brings it all together. It’s designed for fleets that want to do it all and manage all of their service events – internal and external – and want all of their assets on one platform. They can see everything that’s going on with their assets and make sure they’re getting the most out of them.

Additionally, in the case of the SRM Case Estimator for Uptime Pro, vehicle data from Daimler Truck North America has been added, including the Freightliner and Western Star brands, according to Dick Hyatt, President and CEO. of Decisiv.
