FREE KN95 & MEDICAL GRADE MASKS – To support the State of Colorado’s ongoing efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic and help mitigate the spread of the virus, free KN95 medical-grade masks can be picked up at select public libraries and other community sites across the state who have agreed to be local redistribution points. Masks can be picked up (5 per person) on site.
FREE VACCINATION – You can get a COVID-19 vaccine or booster at a pharmacy, doctor’s office, pop-up clinic or mobile vaccination bus near you. The COVID-19 vaccine is free. You do not need ID or insurance to get vaccinated. Many providers accept walk-in visits and same-day appointments. You are entitled to paid time off from work to get vaccinated and recover from any side effects. Click here for vaccination sites.
FREE AND QUICK COVID TEST – Getting a free, fast, and safe COVID-19 test is easy with over 150 free community testing sites across Colorado. If you have symptoms or have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, make an appointment today – neither insurance nor identity document is necessary to be tested.
AVAILABILITY OF THE THIRD DOSE COVID-19 – All Coloradans are eligible for booster doses if they have received both doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine and it has been more than 6 months since their second dose. Or if they received the single-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine more than two months previously. Click here for more information.
CLIMBER Loan fund. Applications are open.
Colorado Loans to Increase Main Street Business and Economic Recovery (CLIMBER) provides $250 million to small businesses with working capital loans between $30,000 and $500,000. Below-market interest rates and a one-year deferred payment option make the program a secure trade-in option for small businesses.
Colorado Revolving Loan Fund Applications are open. This fund provides loans that help small and medium businesses in Colorado negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. These loans range from $5,000 to $750,000. The loans are intended to provide start-up and working capital that will help create and retain jobs throughout Colorado.
Corporate Foundations Technical Assistance Program Applications are open. This program provides $900,000 to support technical assistance to small businesses with 5 or fewer employees.
Cash back on meetings and events Applications are open. This program provides $10 million for 10% cash rebate on eligible fixed costs for hosting meetings and events in Colorado that occur on or after July 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022 or before.
Colorado Community Revitalization Grant Applications are open. This program provides $65 million in top-up funding for mixed-use projects in creative neighborhoods, historic neighborhoods, main streets, or neighborhood shopping centers.
Colorado Creative Corps ARP Grant Applications are due January 13. This grant provides funding of up to $25,000 to individual artists for specific, definable projects that connect artists and organizations with local initiatives.
Rural Start-Up Grant Applications are open. Businesses establishing new operations in specific rural start-up and just transition communities will be eligible to receive up to $40,000 and up to $5,000 per new hire.
