Tata Capital launches Swift Insta personal loans on WhatsApp
Calcutta, August 19: Tata Capital, the financial services arm of the Tata Group, today launched “Swift Insta Personal Loans” (SIPL) on WhatsApp.
Existing customers can now instantly request and receive penalties for personal loans using Tata Capital’s TIA chatbot on WhatsApp.
TIA on WhatsApp was recently launched as a service platform that facilitates a range of requests. These include providing EMI details or updating customer records.
This medium has been well received by customers and continues to generate good traction. The introduction of SIPL now allows WhatsApp to manage and sanction loans on a single platform.
Once the steps are completed, details of the sanctioned SIPL amount will then be emailed to the customer’s registered email address.
